Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some items may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers, which can extend handling times.
Shipping areas
We currently ship within Australia unless otherwise stated on the product page. If international shipping becomes available, product listings will say so clearly.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard Australia shipping: approximately 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Supplier-shipped or made-to-order items: approximately 7 to 21 business days unless a different timeframe is listed.
Delivery times are estimates only and can vary due to courier delays, supplier delays, weather events, public holidays or regional delivery routes.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Some low-cost or supplier-shipped items may not include live tracking at every stage.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout or noted on the product page. We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing payment. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at xtraversatiletrailers@hotmail.com with your order details and any photos of damage.
