Returns & Refunds
Important: this is a practical starter policy. Adjust it to match your suppliers, custom fabricated products and any exclusions you want before taking live orders.
Change of mind
We do not guarantee returns for change of mind on all products. If a return is accepted, the item must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging, and return shipping may be at the customer’s cost.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos if relevant.
Return approval
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will review the issue and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timing can vary.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used, installed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Custom-made, made-to-order or fabricated products unless faulty
- Items marked as final sale or clearance, where permitted by law
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.
